Sleep training should never commence if your child or toddler has an unmet need such as being unwell. The safety and welfare of your child is always my top priority. While I am a behavioural sleep consultant, if I feel your child may require medical attention, I will be honest and guide you appropriately.
My goal is to provide personalised, gentle strategies that respect your baby’s temperament and your parenting style, while helping you feel confident and supported every step of the way. You’ll never feel rushed or judged - together, we take small achievable steps that build calmer nights, happier days, and a sense of confidence in your parenting journey.

Step 1: Initial Call
We’ll start with a friendly no-pressure chat. I will listen to your concerns, learn about your baby’s routine, and answer any questions you have.
Step 2: Complete the Sleep Questionnaire.
If you decide to move forward you will need to complete a detailed questionnaire. This helps me fully understand your baby’s sleep patterns, temperament, and your family’s needs.
Step 3: Secure your Package & Payment
Once your package is confirmed, your booking is secured. This ensures I can dedicate the time and care to create your personalised plan.
Step 4: Receive your Bespoke Sleep Plan
I craft your plan thoughtfully and thoroughly, tailored specifically to your baby and family. I always let you know when to expect, and if there is ever a short delay I’ll keep you fully informed.
